1. Who we are

2. This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads nothing from third parties. To deliver the pages, our server necessarily processes your IP address and browser details for the duration of the request. We do not keep access logs.
3. When you contact us
If you write to us by e-mail, we use your name, e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you and, where it applies, to prepare or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or in our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and as required by Croatian accounting and tax law.
4. Our clients' platforms
We build and operate software for business clients. Where we process personal data in a platform we run for a client, we act as a processor on the client's behalf under a data processing agreement, and the client's own privacy notice applies to that platform.
5. Service providers
We use Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) for hosting and Microsoft (Microsoft 365) for e-mail, each under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA except where a provider does so under the safeguards of the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to contact@bitbajt.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
7. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
